A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Whenever possible, I enjoy anything to do with the arts. I love comedy, storytelling and photography. I find joy and solace in the wilderness, walking and hiking with friends, and taking time to slow down in a world that seems more and more chaotic.
Together, we can create a path toward healing and growth.
MY APPROACH
I believe lasting change comes through developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and understanding of how our minds and bodies respond to stress and difficult experiences. My work is
grounded in mindfulness, curiosity, and compassion, helping clients recognize patterns that no longer serve them while developing healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
Together we explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behavior so that healing is not just about reducing symptoms, but about creating a more balanced, meaningful, and authentic life. I work collaboratively with clients to build upon their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and cultivate resilience that extends well beyond our therapy sessions.
Whether you are navigating relationship conflict, recovering from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, facing grief, living with autism, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move toward lasting change.
For those who identify as being somewhere on the Autism spectrum (diagnosed or undiagnosed) or simply as neuro diverse; my goal is to support you while learning new coping strategies for frustration tolerance, managing stress, better communicating your needs, better understanding of others and their behaviors, also working with your heightened sensory response as you navigate the different kinds of stimulus in your environment, that can feel overwhelming or irritating.
Rather than asking you to fit into expectations that may not serve you, I work collaboratively to understand your individual strengths, needs, and patterns while helping you develop practical skills for navigating relationships, managing stress, communicating effectively, and advocating for yourself in ways that feel authentic and true to you.
